Where have I been?

This is my first post since February 27th. I obviously have not blogged in a very long time. I saw it as completely pointless, the most outlandish waste of time known to me. I still do, but every once in a while an indulgence is okay. But blogging can also serve a purpose, whence it is no longer an indulgence: I stopped blogging because I didn't know if my posts meant anything to anyone; the traffic was so low, the comments so few, the purpose evaporated. In its place was a waste of time. Not only that, but a stubborn individual refused (refuses?) to add a simple link from the blogging hub of our click, which would thereby make this blog more accessible to the masses.
So tell me, is there any reason for me to blog when no one cares? Exactly. I'll meet you for coffee or go bowling or sit around with you at a campfire; in these, there is life. I doubt anyone even checks this blog anymore, or at least of the few that used to do so.

So prove me wrong.
